Processing your donation

Donations are processed securely by Bachs. A payment is only treated as successful when verified by the payment provider.

Receipts and refunds

Where an email address is provided, St. Ann’s may send an acknowledgement after payment confirmation. If you believe a donation was made in error or duplicated, contact the hospice with the payment reference so the team can review it.

Privacy

Your information is handled according to our Privacy notice. A final version of these terms must be reviewed by St. Ann’s and its legal adviser before launch.
