Payments

Payments are processed by Bachs. St. Ann’s does not store your card or payment-instrument details. We retain only the transaction information necessary for reconciliation, receipts, and legal or accounting obligations.

How we use information

We use contact information to respond to enquiries and donation information to process and acknowledge gifts. We do not use a donation as consent for marketing.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information where applicable by contacting St. Ann’s Hospice. This policy should be reviewed by the organisation and its legal adviser before launch.
